Here's what you're looking for.
The address numbers on our block don't run in order — 104 sits between 108 and 110. Reviv's entrance is the open door next to the Reviv Beauty A-frame sign, with a narrow staircase leading up to Suite 3. Look for the yellow-brick façade and the “Who is She” transom above the door.
Who we serve.
Reviv draws patients from across Central Florida. Most visits come from Seminole, Orange, and Volusia County — but we've hosted patients from Tampa, Jacksonville, and out-of-state who plan their trip around an appointment.
Take exit 101C toward Lake Mary Boulevard/Sanford, merge onto US-17-92 N, then continue to downtown Sanford. Park Ave is on the left after First Street.
Exit onto SR-46 W toward Sanford, continue about 6 miles into the historic district. Our building sits on the corner of Park Ave + 1st Street.
Our entrance is the door immediately to the left of Raw Press Juice. Door 104 sits between 108 and 110 — the numbering isn't sequential. Ring the Suite 3 buzzer.
Free street parking on Park Ave and 1st Street. Overflow lot behind the building (Palmetto Ave). No meters, no validation needed.
SunRail Sanford Station is a 7-minute walk east. The free Sanford Wave shuttle circulates the historic district on weekends.

Where is Reviv Beauty Med Spa located?
We're at 104 S Park Ave, Suite 3, Sanford, FL 32771 — in the heart of the Sanford Historic District on Park Ave. We're a 25-minute drive from downtown Orlando and easily reached from I-4 (exit 101C) or SR-417.
What are your hours?
Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday. We operate by appointment only — book in advance via Podium, text, or phone. Consultations are always complimentary.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Every visit is scheduled so Kristen-Anne can give each patient the full time their treatment deserves. The fastest way to be seen is to text or book online — we frequently have same-week availability.

Is Reviv Beauty the right place for first-time patients?
Yes — a large share of our patients are first-time injectable clients. Kristen-Anne is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the sole injector for every treatment. Every consultation starts with listening to your goals, mapping a conservative plan, and answering questions without any commitment to book.
