Plain-English summary. The full agreement is provided at enrollment.
  • BillingMonthly auto-charge to the credit card on file.
  • CancellationMonth-to-month. Submit 30-day written notice to cancel.
  • VouchersIncluded treatments are issued as monthly vouchers. Unused vouchers expire 2 months from issue date.
  • RefundsNo refunds on unused vouchers or partial months.
  • AgreementAll members sign a digital membership agreement at enrollment.
  • DiscountsApply only to the enrolled member and cannot be shared or transferred (except Elite guest pricing).
  • Latisse PerkComplimentary Latisse is available to Elite members on annual commitment only. One kit per year.
  • Birthday TreatmentElite members receive one complimentary treatment (Vitalize Peel, IV Drip, or IM Wellness Shot) during their birthday month. Must be redeemed within the birthday month.

01Can I change my Glow Club tier?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Contact us at the front desk, by phone at (407) 534-9178, or by text — enrollment and management all happen over messages with our team.
02What happens if I don’t use my treatment this month?+
Your voucher rolls over for one month. If unused after 2 months from the issue date, it expires. We encourage you to book monthly for the best results — consistent treatments deliver the best skin.
03Can I use my discount and my voucher in the same visit?+
Absolutely. Use your included treatment and get your member discount on any additional services during the same appointment. Plus members commonly stack their SkinPen voucher with discounted Botox and walk out with both, paying only the discounted price on the add-on.
04Do I need to commit for a full year?+
No. All tiers are month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. The only annual element is the complimentary Latisse perk for Elite members — that perk requires an annual commitment.
05Can I gift a membership?+
Yes — Glow Club memberships make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or just because. Ask us about gift memberships at the front desk or call (407) 534-9178.
06What if I want a treatment that’s not in my tier?+
You still get your member discount on all services. For example, Basic members get 10% off IV drips even though IV drips aren’t included in the Basic tier. Plus members get 15% off everything. Elite get 20%.
07Can I combine membership discounts with other promotions?+
Membership discounts cannot be combined with third-party deal sites, package pricing, or other promotional offers. They can be used with Allē rewards and manufacturer promotions.
08What is Glow Wallet?+
Glow Wallet is a beauty savings account. You deposit $99/month, we add a 5% bonus ($103.95 in credit), and you use the balance toward any service at Reviv Beauty — Botox, fillers, peels, skincare, IV therapy, weight loss. Think of it as a prepaid account that rewards you for being consistent.
09Can I have Glow Wallet AND a Glow Club tier?+
Yes. Some clients use Glow Wallet as their primary membership, while others pair it with a Glow Club tier to stack their monthly treatment voucher with credit-bank savings. They’re completely compatible.
10What happens to my Glow Wallet balance if I cancel?+
You have 30 days from your cancellation date to use any remaining credit toward services. Unused balance after 30 days is forfeited. This is why most members keep their Glow Wallet active — your balance is always growing.
