Collagen, lift & glow — without surface trauma.

Traditional peels deliberately damage the epidermis to force flaking. PRX bypasses that entirely — working in the deeper dermis where the actual rejuvenation happens.

All three PRX formulations share the same patented base — a controlled, non-traumatic wound-healing cascade that fires collagen and elastin from inside the dermis while leaving the protective skin barrier intact.

Developed in Italy and used by leading European clinics for over a decade, PRX delivers what dermatologists call biorevitalization: the skin’s own repair machinery is activated, fibroblasts ramp up, hyaluronic acid production rises, and the dermis rebuilds itself across 4 weekly sessions.

If you are 25–45 with sensitive skin, fine lines, or are new to biorevitalization, start with PRX Derm Perfexion. If you are 45+, dealing with hyperpigmentation, sun damage, or deeper wrinkles, start with PRX-PLUS. Q03Can I switch between PRX tiers?+
Yes. Many patients start with one PRX tier and rotate to another for their next series — for example, Derm Perfexion for prejuvenation followed by PRX-C the following season for environmental defense and glow. Kristen will design a multi-series plan if you want to layer the benefits across tiers.
Q04How long does a PRX session take?+
Each PRX session takes approximately 15–20 minutes regardless of tier. It is the original “lunchtime procedure” — you can schedule on a lunch break and return to work immediately.
Q05Does PRX hurt?+
No. PRX is virtually painless across all three tiers. You may experience a slight tingling or warming sensation during application, but no numbing is required. It is significantly more comfortable than chemical peels, microneedling, or laser.
Q06Will my skin actually peel?+
No — that is the entire point of PRX. Unlike traditional chemical peels, PRX delivers minimal-to-no visible peeling. At most you might notice very light flaking in areas of thicker skin, but it is rare and never the visible 5–10 days of flaking you get from a TCA peel.
Q07How many sessions do I need?+
The recommended protocol on every PRX tier is 4 sessions spaced 7 days apart. Weekly spacing capitalizes on the skin’s natural regeneration cycle — each treatment compounds on the previous. Maintenance can be monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual depending on your goal.
Q08How long do PRX results last?+
With proper aftercare and SPF, a completed 4-session PRX series produces results that last 6–12 months. We recommend monthly or quarterly maintenance treatments to sustain results long-term.
