02 · The panels

Three tiers. Transparent pricing.

Most patients start with Essential to baseline. Comprehensive is for symptoms that haven't been explained — fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, perimenopause — or for patients preparing to start Wegovy or Zepbound.

A.03 · Quarterly check-in

Follow-up Interpretation

For repeat lab reviews

For patients tracking changes — on GLP-1, medical weight loss, or post-protocol. Includes new lab review (repeat labs priced per panel) and a 45-minute focused interpretation visit.

  • Pre-visit lab order
  • Side-by-side comparison to baseline
  • Protocol adjustments as needed
  • 45-min in-person review

$199 · repeat labs priced per panel

Note — Your blood draw happens in-office at Reviv — no separate lab visit, no waiting room. Samples ship the same day to our CLIA-certified national laboratory partner. Results return in 3-5 business days, after which we schedule your interpretation consult.

Add-on modules & standalone tests. Bolt a module onto either tier — or book a standalone test on its own. Every option includes the in-office draw and provider review of results.

B.01 · Add-on

Thyroid Deep-Dive

Antibodies + Reverse T3

For suspected Hashimoto's, family thyroid history, or classic thyroid symptoms with a "normal" TSH. Adds the markers that catch autoimmune thyroid patterns years earlier.

  • Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) antibodies
  • Thyroglobulin antibodies
  • Reverse T3

+$149 · add to either tier

B.02 · Add-on

Diurnal Cortisol

4-point daily cortisol curve

A single morning cortisol is a snapshot. Four points across the day map your actual stress rhythm — the wired-at-night, crash-at-3pm, can't-wake-up patterns.

  • Cortisol ×4 — morning, noon, evening, night
  • Curve mapped against optimal rhythm
  • Reviewed in your interpretation consult

+$199 · add to either tier

B.03 · Add-on

Advanced Cardiac

The longevity lipid work-up

A standard lipid panel misses half the story. These are the particle-level markers longevity medicine actually watches.

  • ApoB + ApoA-1
  • Lipoprotein(a) + Lp-PLA2
  • LDL particle number, size & pattern

+$199 · add to either tier

B.04 · Standalone

Food Sensitivity

286 foods · IgG reactivity

Bloating, skin flare-ups, or brain fog after meals — without a clear pattern? A 286-food IgG reactivity map gives you and your provider a starting point for a structured elimination plan. Wellness insight, not an allergy diagnosis.

  • 286 individual foods mapped
  • In-office venous draw — not a finger-prick kit
  • Provider-guided elimination plan

$399 · includes provider review

B.05 · Standalone

Allergy Panel

295 markers · food + environmental IgE

True IgE allergy testing — Florida oak and grass pollen, mold, dust mites, dander, and foods — from one blood draw. No scratch-test grid.

  • 295 food + environmental allergens
  • Built for Florida's pollen & mold load
  • Combine with Food Sensitivity — $599 for both

$399 · includes provider review

B.06 · Standalone

Micronutrient Status

Red-cell mineral levels

Are your levels actually low — before you supplement or book a drip? Red-cell testing shows tissue-level status, not just what you ate yesterday.

  • RBC zinc, copper, selenium, magnesium
  • Pairs with IV therapy repletion
  • Reviewed with supplement guidance

$199 · includes provider review

03 · Every biomarker

What we test. And why it matters.

Grouped by category. Standard labs (your annual physical) usually cover 10-15 of these. The Comprehensive Panel covers all of them. The interpretation consult explains what each pattern means together — because biomarkers tell a story collectively, not individually.

Hormones & thyroid

TSH · Free T3 · Free T4 · Reverse T3 (optional) · Estradiol · Progesterone · Testosterone (total & free) · SHBG · DHEA-S · Cortisol (morning + diurnal optional) · IGF-1. The hormone story explains a huge portion of energy, sleep, libido, weight, mood, and skin complaints. Reverse T3 catches the "stress-locked metabolism" pattern that TSH alone misses. Free vs total testosterone with SHBG separates "low testosterone" from "low free testosterone" — different conditions, different patterns.

Cardiometabolic & diabetes risk

HbA1c · Fasting Insulin · Fasting Glucose · Lipid Panel with Ratios · ApoB · Triglyceride/HDL ratio. Fasting insulin catches insulin resistance years before HbA1c moves — the single most actionable longevity marker. ApoB is the modern cardiovascular risk number (replaces LDL for risk stratification). Triglyceride/HDL ratio is a fast read on metabolic flexibility.

Inflammation & aging

hs-CRP · Homocysteine · Uric Acid · ESR (optional). hs-CRP is the systemic inflammation marker that connects metabolic, cardiovascular, and brain health. Elevated homocysteine signals B-vitamin methylation issues (common with MTHFR variants) and is independently associated with cognitive decline. Uric acid is rising as a biological age biomarker — together these markers form the inflammation-and-aging story that drives most longevity panel interpretation.

Vitamins, minerals & nutrients

Vitamin D 25-OH · Vitamin B12 · Folate · Ferritin (iron stores) · Magnesium. Vitamin D deficiency is the most common finding in Florida residents — surprisingly common despite the sun. B12 + folate + homocysteine together tell the methylation story. Low ferritin causes fatigue years before iron-deficiency anemia shows up on CBC.

Blood & organ function

CBC with differential & platelets · CMP (kidney, liver, electrolytes). The foundation labs every panel should include. CBC catches anemia, infection, and immune issues. CMP confirms kidney, liver, and electrolyte status before we recommend any medications, supplements, or treatment protocols.

04 · The wedge

The 60-minute interpretation. Not an algorithm.

Function Health, Inside Tracker, Marek Health, LabCorp OnDemand — all of them deliver results through an app or PDF. Maybe a brief written summary from an anonymous medical reviewer. Reviv does it differently.

What the 60-minute consult covers: Every biomarker reviewed in context. Side-by-side comparison to both standard ranges (the population-statistical thresholds your doctor uses) and functional ranges (tighter, optimization-focused thresholds for symptoms that resolve before disease starts). Patterns across categories — like a high cortisol + low DHEA-S + suppressed testosterone pattern that signals chronic stress dysregulation, which no single marker would flag.

You'll leave with a written summary, a personalized action plan, and — if any results call for it — a targeted recommendation across Reviv's wellness menu: B12 + Lipo Membership for low B12 and energy support, medical weight loss for elevated insulin or A1C, or IV therapy for acute nutrient repletion.

The wedge — Telehealth lab platforms can show you a green/yellow/red status. Only a board-certified provider can sit with you, look at the full picture, and connect what the numbers mean to what you're actually feeling.
05 · The framework

Functional ranges vs standard lab ranges.

This is the concept most people don't know about — and it's why your labs can read "normal" while you feel anything but normal.

Standard lab ranges are statistical averages of the general population. They define disease — at what threshold something is broken enough to warrant treatment. Standard TSH range, for example, is 0.4 to 4.5 mIU/L. Anything inside that window reads "normal" on a standard lab report.

Functional ranges (also called optimal ranges) are tighter, optimization-focused thresholds — where peak function lives, not just where disease begins. Functional TSH range is 1.0 to 2.5. A patient with a TSH of 3.5 reads "normal" by standard ranges but is operating in the fatigue, weight gain, hair thinning, brain fog zone by functional/optimal ranges. Same number. Different interpretation. Different action.

The interpretation consult walks through both views of every biomarker that has a functional range — TSH, Free T3, Vitamin D, Ferritin, Fasting Insulin, hs-CRP, Homocysteine, Testosterone, SHBG, and more. You see where you fall on both scales. You understand which symptoms a biomarker pattern explains. And you get a plan that addresses optimization, not just disease prevention.

06 · Who it's for

When a comprehensive panel makes sense.

Most patients fall into one of these segments. Kristen-Anne sorts out which tier and which add-ons during the brief intake before the lab order.

Tired all the time, can't figure out why

Your annual physical labs were "normal" but you wake up exhausted, hit a 3pm crash, and can't focus. Functional ranges + thyroid + cortisol + ferritin + B12 reveal what standard labs miss.

Perimenopause workup

You're 38-52 and something's changing — sleep, mood, weight, libido. Full hormone panel + thyroid + cortisol clarifies whether it's hormonal, thyroid, adrenal, or all three.

GLP-1 pre-screen (Wegovy / Zepbound baseline)

A GLP-1 pre-screen panel is the smart move before starting Wegovy or Zepbound. Baseline insulin, A1C, lipids, thyroid, and inflammation so we can track changes (and catch contraindications) as you lose weight.

Longevity-curious / biohacker

You're tracking biomarkers because you want to optimize, not just avoid disease. Comprehensive panel covers the advanced cardiometabolic, hormone, and inflammation markers Function Health and Inside Tracker include — with human interpretation included.

Brain fog and dad-bod metabolism

Forties hit different. Sleep is worse, recovery is slower, the scale won't budge. Hormone + thyroid + insulin + cortisol panel explains most of it.

Post-COVID or long COVID

You haven't been the same since infection. Inflammation, thyroid, B12, D, ferritin, and homocysteine catch most post-viral patterns. Workup informs next steps.

Gym plateau / can't recover

You've been training hard but progress stalled, recovery suffers, sleep is off. Cortisol, free testosterone, SHBG, IGF-1, ferritin, and vitamin D reveal what's blocking adaptation.

Anxious about cardiovascular risk

Family history of heart attack or stroke, or you just want the modern risk picture. ApoB, hs-CRP, homocysteine, lipid ratios, and fasting insulin together give a far better risk read than total cholesterol alone.

09 · Who interprets
Kristen-Anne Thomas, FNP-BC — board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner reviewing comprehensive health panels and longevity labs at Reviv Beauty Med Spa Sanford FL
Kristen-Anne Thomas, FNP-BC
Board-certified · Florida APRN · Functional Ranges

Every Comprehensive Health Panel interpretation at Reviv is conducted in-person by Kristen-Anne — board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Reviv Beauty. The same provider who orders your panel is the one who interprets your results, the one who recommends any follow-up services, and the one you see at your quarterly check-in if you choose to track changes.

Kristen-Anne reviews labs through both standard medical ranges and functional optimization ranges — a framework that catches sub-clinical patterns standard primary care often misses. She has interpreted panels for patients across medical weight loss and IV therapy protocols — so when results point to a specific intervention, the path forward is clear.

10 · Common questions

Before you book.

What's the difference between Reviv's Comprehensive Health Panel and Function Health or Inside Tracker?
The biggest difference is interpretation. Function Health, Inside Tracker, and similar telehealth platforms deliver results via app with algorithm-driven recommendations or a brief written summary from an anonymous medical reviewer. Reviv includes a 60-minute in-person interpretation consult with Kristen-Anne Thomas, FNP-BC — board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. You sit down face-to-face, review every biomarker, discuss patterns, and walk out with personalized recommendations. Not an algorithm. Not a 5-minute PDF.
What biomarkers are included in the Comprehensive Health Panel?
Essential ($299) includes: CBC with differential, CMP, lipid panel with ratios, HbA1c, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Vitamin D 25-OH, Vitamin B12, Folate, Ferritin, hs-CRP — 35+ individual markers. Comprehensive ($499) adds: fasting insulin, homocysteine, ApoB, SHBG, DHEA-S, IGF-1, full sex hormone panel (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone total + free), cortisol, magnesium, and uric acid. Both include the 60-minute interpretation consult.
Does insurance cover this panel?
No — this is a transparent self-pay service. Insurance typically doesn't cover lab work ordered outside of an established disease diagnosis or annual physical. The self-pay price is fixed, no surprise bills. HSA and FSA payment is accepted.
How much does a comprehensive blood panel cost without insurance in Florida?
At Reviv: $299 Essential or $499 Comprehensive — both include lab draw, results, and 60-minute interpretation. Compare to LabCorp's Healthy Aging Panel at $689 (no interpretation), Ulta Lab Tests Longevity Essential at $1,104 (no interpretation), or Function Health membership at $365/year (algorithm interpretation only). Reviv's pricing is mid-market with true in-person human interpretation in Central Florida.
What's the difference between functional ranges and standard lab ranges?
Standard lab ranges (what your doctor uses) are statistical averages of the general population — they tell you if you're sick. Functional ranges are tighter, optimization-focused thresholds — they tell you if you're operating at peak. Example: standard TSH range is 0.4-4.5; functional range is 1.0-2.5. Your labs can be "normal" by standard ranges yet still cause symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, or weight gain. The interpretation consult walks through both views of your results.
Do I need to fast before the blood draw?
Yes — 12 hours of fasting (water only) is required for accurate lipid panel, glucose, insulin, and HbA1c results. Also hold biotin supplements (including hair/skin/nail supplements) for 72 hours prior — biotin can interfere with thyroid and hormone assays. Take morning medications with water unless your provider advises otherwise.
Can these labs screen for low testosterone or perimenopause?
Yes. The Comprehensive Panel includes full sex hormone testing (total and free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, DHEA-S, SHBG) plus the thyroid and cortisol markers that often present as "low T" or "perimenopause" symptoms but are actually thyroid or stress dysregulation. The interpretation consult sorts out which is which.
Should I get this panel before starting Wegovy or Zepbound?
Strongly recommended. Baseline labs before GLP-1 therapy let us track changes in insulin sensitivity, A1C, lipids, thyroid, and inflammation as you lose weight. They also surface contraindications (pancreatitis history markers, gallbladder enzymes, kidney function). Many patients start the Comprehensive Health Panel → review results → then start the appropriate GLP-1 protocol — brand-Rx or compounded — based on what the labs reveal.
How does the 60-minute interpretation consult work?
Three to five business days after your blood draw, results return. We schedule your 60-minute in-person consult with Kristen-Anne Thomas, FNP-BC. She walks through every category — hormones, metabolic, inflammation, nutrients, blood/organ function — showing where you fall on both standard and functional ranges. You leave with a written summary and personalized action plan, including any targeted Reviv services that fit your results.
Where do I get my blood drawn?
Right here at Reviv — your draw is done in-office in about 10 minutes, no separate lab visit needed. Samples ship the same day to our CLIA-certified national laboratory partner. Results route directly to Kristen-Anne, who reviews them before your interpretation appointment.
How is this different from Marek Health or similar telehealth lab platforms?
Marek Health and similar platforms require ongoing membership ($299 intake + $450+ panel + $80-200/month coaching, all out-of-state telehealth). Reviv is in-person, one-time, no subscription required. You can repeat quarterly at $199 follow-up if you want, but there's no required ongoing commitment. The interpretation provider is local, board-certified, and the same person every visit.
What happens if my labs come back abnormal?
Depends on the finding. Frank disease markers (e.g., severely elevated A1C, very low thyroid) get a referral to a specialist. Functional imbalances (suboptimal vitamin D, elevated hs-CRP, perimenopause-pattern hormones) get a personalized plan that may include targeted Reviv services like the B12 + Lipo Membership, IV therapy, or medical weight loss with Wegovy/Zepbound. Either way, you leave with clarity, not just a stack of paper.

Individual results may vary. Lab interpretation provides guidance for wellness optimization and lifestyle recommendations — it is not a replacement for primary care or specialist evaluation when frank disease markers are present. Patients with abnormal findings indicating significant medical conditions will be referred for appropriate specialist care. Tier prices include the in-office blood draw, lab fees, results review, and the interpretation visit. Repeat labs on the $199 follow-up are priced per panel and quoted before ordering.
